This website was created to share everything possible to be helpful in making differences in learning. The title, "Difference in Learning", was chosen because it covers a lot of important areas. While primarily this website focuses on learning differences, I'm hoping it will make a difference for all types of learners. All types of learners also includes all types of ages. Learning is a lifelong process.

My name is Nikolai Kawabata Jessen-Petersen, and I am someone who struggled a lot in school. I am now a teacher, and spend the majority of my time learning about different strategies, and finding out about different resources that can help students with learning differences. However, as it is often said in education, "What is good for the student with learning differences, is good for all students."

I find, as I learn myself, that there is a wealth of information out there, that isn't shared widely enough, or simply is catering to only a certain population, and needs to either be simplified, or shortened, in order to be more helpful for wider audiences. I hope to somehow share as many of these helpful resources and strategies with people, in as simple a way as possible.

I am going to have a blog that is linked to this website, titled: differenceinlearning.blogspot.com

The posts that I make on this website will be posted on that blog in order of when they have been created, and will also allow people to add comments, feedback, and questions to each post. The goal is so we can learn from each other, and share resources, that I can then continue adding to this website.

I hope this website will make a difference in learning about how to make differences in learning.
